H-2A VISA FARM AND FACTORY LABOR

H-2A AGRICULTURAL WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS

We handle the complexity. You focus on the harvest. From filing to flight, we bring the workforce your operation depends on — on time, every season.

Labour shortages shouldn't slow your season.

Every season, agricultural employers across the United States face the same reality: there are not enough domestic workers to keep operations running. And navigating the H-2A visa program to bring in qualified foreign workers is a process most farms simply don't have the time, expertise, or bandwidth to manage on their own.

The paperwork is dense. The timelines are unforgiving. The compliance requirements span multiple federal agencies. Miss a deadline, file an incorrect form, or fail to document your domestic recruitment efforts properly — and your certification gets delayed or denied. Your season suffers.

Most farms are left managing a fragmented chain of lawyers, local recruiters in Mexico, consular appointments, travel logistics, and government portals — with no single point of accountability.

"Farmers shouldn't need to become immigration specialists to keep their fields running. That's what we're here for."

Direct Hire Recruitment and Staffing Ltd. was built to solve exactly this problem. We are a fully authorized H-2A agent. We manage the entire process — from the first form to the day your workers step off the bus — so you don't have to

WHY DIRECT HIRE

The case for working with us is simple.

You can work with Direct Hire and have one team that handles all of it with accountability for the outcome, not just the paperwork.

Our Services

Your authorized partner in the H-2A process.

Our team includes certified H-2A agents registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, immigration specialists fluent in the regulatory requirements of both the DOL and USCIS, and on-the-ground recruitment partners with deep networks across Mexico. We are embedded in the FLAG system, the OFLC electronic registry, and the consular processes at the U.S. Consulate in Mexico. We know the system because we work in it every day.

What sets Direct Hire apart is our position as the central hub between every party in the chain: the farmer, the Department of Labor, USCIS, the Mexican immigration lawyer, and the on-the-ground recruiter working in communities across Mexico. We don't just connect these parties we manage them, coordinate them, and hold them accountable so that your workers arrive on time and ready to work.

SERVICE 01

Complete H-2A Application Management

We handle all FLAG system filing directly on your behalf — including the ETA-790 job order, the ETA-9142A temporary employment certification application, and all required addenda. We appear as your authorized agent in Section D of the federal application, legally named in your petition, and communicate directly with the DOL National Processing Centre and state workforce agencies. You provide the details about your operation; we translate that into compliant, complete federal paperwork submitted within the required filing windows.

SERVICE 03

Consular Coordination and Visa Processing

Once workers are selected and your USCIS petition is approved, our team guides each worker through the DS-160 visa application process in Mexico. We coordinate directly with the U.S. Consulate in Mexico, manage biometric appointment scheduling, ensure all required documentation is prepared and delivered correctly, and track visa approval status in real time. If any issue arises during consular processing, we handle it immediately.

SERVICE 05

Compliance Support Throughout the Season

Our relationship with you does not end when the workers arrive. We remain your point of contact for compliance questions, worker issues, and documentation requirements throughout the season. We maintain your domestic recruitment records as required by the DOL, provide guidance on wage statements and housing standards, and gather performance feedback at season's end to strengthen your worker pipeline for the following year.

SERVICE 02

Worker Recruitment and Vetting in Mexico

Through our established network of on-the-ground recruiters across Mexico, we source pre-screened agricultural workers matched to your specific job requirements. Every candidate undergoes background verification, identity confirmation, and a skills assessment before being presented to you. We send you a roster of verified candidates — workers who understand the nature of the job, the working conditions, and the expectations of a U.S. agricultural operation before they ever set foot on your farm. We also assist with the creation of worker contracts in English and Spanish.

SERVICE 04

Travel Logistics and Worker Arrival

Visa in hand, we coordinate everything that gets your workers from Mexico to your worksite. Flights, ground transportation, timing, documentation packages — all organized and confirmed by our team. Workers arrive prepared with all relevant paperwork, emergency contact information, and a clear understanding of what to expect from their first day.

SERVICE 06

Multi-Season Partnership Planning

The most effective H-2A programs are built over time, not scrambled together each spring. Direct Hire works with returning clients to build a reliable season-over-season workforce pipeline. Tracking which workers performed well, identifying preferred returning candidates, and beginning the recruitment and filing process earlier each year. Our goal is to make your labour procurement as predictable as your planting calendar.

The case for working with us is simple.

There are other ways to navigate the H-2A program. You can hire an immigration attorney, work with a separate recruiter in Mexico, and coordinate everything yourself. Or you can work with DirectHire and have one team that handles all of it — with accountability for the outcome, not just the paperwork.

Predictable Pipeline

You get confirmed worker numbers weeks before your season begins. If a worker cannot proceed, we have pre-vetted backups ready. Your production schedule stays on track.

Time Savings

You don't file paperwork, manage timelines, or track communications across multiple agencies. We own the administrative process entirely. Your time stays focused on running your operation.

Bilingual Support

Our team communicates fluently in both English and Spanish at every stage. This eliminates miscommunication, reduces conflicts, and ensures workers understand their rights and obligations from day one.

Cost Efficiency

One transparent fee covers recruitment, vetting, visa coordination, and logistics — compared to the fragmented cost of separate legal fees, recruiter commissions, and coordination overhead.

Worker Reliability

Pre-screened, trained workers with a clear understanding of their contract have significantly higher completion rates and lower abandonment rates — season after season.
